Judge's Sentencing Decision Made

The judge's final decision on sentencing comes down today...

This afternoon, the final piece of the trial will be in place, and it will be officially concluded. The judge has the final say on death penalty vs. life in prison. The jury found the defendant guilty on all counts and unanimously recommended the death penalty.
Speaking of the jurors, please read this Herald Tribune article, as it shows the sacrifice they made to this case and to our justice system. We are very grateful for everyone who has put their time into this case, and everyone who we've come to know because of it.
