Foundation President, Nathan Lee, has been invited to speak at a luncheon of 9-1-1 Dispatch Supervisors and state, county, and local law enforcement officials of Harford County, MD. and the surrounding areas. The PSTI operates in conjunction with Harford Community College and provides affordable training subsidized by funds from the Harford County Joint Narcotics Taskforce.
