As the Keynote presenter, Nathan Lee, will be talking about the horrifying example of 9-1-1 system failure in his wife’s death.  He will also be conducting a follow-up breakout session with in depth analysis of the many failures that day and how the foundation is working to prevent any other similar tragedies.
