Through grit and determination, the Las Vegas Fire telecommunicators put together the largest fire and medical response Las Vegas has ever seen, and ensure that everyone who they came into contact with, found hope in the midst of chaos.

In this full day course 9-1-1 profession- als will learn cri cal factors about human tra cking, its link to other heinous crimes, and resources to aid them in these calls.
