Halcyon Frank, ENP is the Director of Training and Development for the
Denise Amber Lee Foundation. She stumbled into emergency communications over 8 years ago and fell in love. Since that time she has found her niche in dispatch training and has spent much of her career developing training inside and outside of the center. She teaches online and in person for the Foundation while still working the console from time to time in eastern Nebraska.

Halcyon holds the Emergency Number Professional Certification from the National Emergency Number Association and a degree in Training and Development. If you love to talk training and emergency communications, she’s your gal.
